PhaseShift is the holding behind Heimster, WalletCheck and Elypsis. Each of them started as a problem a client asked us to solve. We built the answer, it worked – and it grew into a business of its own.
The PhaseShift model
A phase shift is the moment something moves into its next state. For most clients that means an idea becomes a working product. Now and then, a product becomes a company.
It starts with a client and a real problem. We sharpen it until it has an edge: the right wedge into the market, the right first version, the right sequence.
Working software in days, production in weeks. One senior team takes it from prototype to a running platform – architecture, design, engineering, AI and operations.
Only if it makes sense for everyone. When a product proves bigger than the brief, it can become a company of its own under the PhaseShift roof – that is how Heimster, WalletCheck and Elypsis came about.
Most mandates end after step two: with a product that runs and belongs to you – an internal tool, a new platform, a prototype that settles a decision. Step three is never a condition.
